My Life Story
As a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University.
A Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Certified Specialist, I have my ACSM (HFI) Certification as well as a Nautilus-Certified personal trainer & Myofascial release massage therapist and owner of DiscipleSHAPE LLC.
As a Division I athlete, I earned a full-ride scholarship as a tennis player and held the #1 Singles and Doubles position all four years. As the team Captain, I earned All-Conference Honors every year, Most Valuable Player honors, and led the team to Conference Finals twice.
I combine my varied expertise with dedication as a life coach and fitness professional to train top athletes, UFC fighters, Miss USA Pageants, collegiate athletes all the way to stay-at-home moms and older adults with complicated medical needs.
I combine my passion for people with a desire to share the transformational vision provided by the Bible to change the lives of each and every person I work with!
My personal call is to combine the disciplines of exercise with the spiritual disciplines of a Disciple of Christ.
